Industrial Automation

Industrial automation includes a wide range of applications and we have both the experience and knowledge to implement them:

Production Process Control.

Typical examples:

  • Control of Engine Room / Production process through SCADA supervisory control systems, PLC & Industrial Screens (HMI).
  • Full control of the production process, by displaying & controlling all production data such as temperature, pressure, flow, tank level etc. & operational control of actuators such as valves, motors, valves, pumps etc. as well as displaying them on a screen (HMI).
  • Real time display and control of the installation providing us error list records, malfunction recording, data logging for both user and installation activity.
  • The continuous (Realtime) measurement of ° Brix during Wine fermentation or the measurement of ° Plato during Beer fermentation, with appropriate sensors, as displayed on the screen and recorded on a .CSV file.

Modernization / Reconstruction of machines.

  • Modernization of production machines by adding functions and replacing old control equipment (PLC & Display) with new, modern ones, automating and upgrading the machine.

A machine that does not meet production requirements or is in disuse can be upgraded by installing a new automation & control system to upgrade functions to achive production needs.

Remote Control

  • Remote control and display of the installation, via Computer or mobile phone. Display of all operation data including the malfunctions (Alarms)
  • SMS or phone notification in case of malfunction

Typical examples:

•The continuous (Realtime) measurement of ° Brix during Wine fermentation or the measurement of ° Plato during Beer fermentation, with appropriate sensors, as displayed on the screen and recorded on a .CSV file.

Production data recording.

• Recording production data and displaying on the screen in form of curves as well as export them to a file in varius formats (Excel, csv etc.).

All production data like pressure, temperature, Alarms, Events etc. are recorded, displayed on a screen in the curve form while at the same time stored in a file for future use.

Structured Wiring

• The needs of a building, installation or even a house have expanded compared to the past when we only had telephony.

Nowadays have been extended to applications such as:
• Data networks and machines accessible from all areas. Such as printers or shared files.
Intercommunication systems
• Conventional telephony or VoIP.
• Smart building systems such as firefighting, access control and other automation.

Structured cabling is a cabling system that covers all of the above systems or future needs.
